1st Award for Computer Student in Italy - IEEE ComSoc Italian chapter

Carlo Lobrano has been awarded as the winner of the competition for the best Master thesis in Computer Science by the Italian Chapter of the IEEE Computer Society.

Carlo Lobrano got the MsC degree in Electronic Engineering with a thesis supervised by Roberto Tronci and Prof. Giorgio Giacinto.

The thesis is titled "Study and Development of Combination Techniques in two-class Problems".

The prize will be awarded in a ceremony in Milan, on Oct 23 starting from 4,30pm, during the celebration for the 125th anniversary of the IEEE and the 50th anniversary of the Italian chapter, at the SMAU exhibition.
